Return & Exchange Policy
At Aura Official Store customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect all products before dispatch but in case you face any issues please review our return and exchange policy below.
Exchange Policy
- Customers can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving their order, as we keep limited stock and availability cannot be guaranteed afterward.
- Products must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging.
- Change of mind is not acceptable as a reason for return or exchange.
- All courier charges for sending the product back to us will be borne by the customer.
Return & Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The item received is damaged or defective.
In such cases, Aura Official Store will replace the item free of cost or issue a refund as per the customer’s preference.
Conditions That Apply
- Items without original tags, packaging, or found used will not be eligible for exchange/return.
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Refunds will be processed only for the product value, delivery charges are non-refundable.
How to Request a Return/Exchange
- Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp or email.
- Share your order number, product details and reason for return/exchange.
- Dispatch the item back to our address. (Return charges to be paid by customer.)
